Job Title: B2B Sales Manager (Sales Manager, Business to Business) Working Location: Yangtze River Delta Report to: General Manager The Products: LPG (Liquid Petroleum Gas) The Organization: European, a Leading Global Fortune 500 company The Market: Lighting, glass, soft drink container, Mouse – Industry; hotel, restaurant, catering –Commercial The Compensation, Benefits and Career Development The company provides the competitive compensation and benefits program, annual performance related bonus which is related to the performance of the individual and the organization. JOB PURPOSE: • To develop and implement B2B Sales plans with B2B sales strategies for Retail LPG (Liquid Petroleum Gas) and to manage B2B sales team. MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • To promote and improve customers’ HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) awareness and embedding of the company’s HSE policies and procedures to customers. • To achieve B2B ((Business to Business )budgeted sales volume and gross profit targets in terms of industrial customers and commercial K/A customers (Key Account) in line with subsidiary sales strategies. • To develop and keep track of the B2B sales team productivity by monitoring customer development and technical support. • To take marketing initiatives in influencing the industry and the market to better serve our customers while pursuing profitability; to be actively involved in implementing the marketing academy while be able to tailor it to the real environment. • To manage the marketing intelligence activities and have a thorough understanding and feeling on market movement, competitors’ activities on a daily basis and be able to capture market opportunities when they pop up. • To analyze sales and marketing trends and gain a better understanding of business performance and enable corrective actions to be implemented. • To implement credit control policies and ensure effective collections and credit management of customers. • To segment the market and implement improved/distinctive customer offers along the value chain in key geographic area to be able to lock in customers and grow our business base. • To take a leading role in developing and maintaining relationship with all key customers. • To provide leadership and management to the team, and motivate the team in achieving the business objectives and coaching to team for the job enhancement and career development.
