工作地点：天津、上海 职位要求： 1、 根据客户要求完成工程项目前期建筑设计； 2、 保证设计方案在施工中按质/按量/如期完成； 3、 具有建筑学相关专业本科以上学历； 4、 4年以上设计院、工程公司建筑设计工作经验； 5、 具有丰富的工业项目建筑设计经验； 6、 熟练使用AutoCAD、3D； 7、 熟悉本地及英国、美国、欧洲设计标准； 8、 良好的英语听说读写能力。 Responsibility: • Skilful in AutoCAD • Ensure all design work is safe and carried out in a safe manner • Ensure the project implementation meet Client requirement and expectation • Management of Discipline quality and schedule Qualification: • Bachelor or Master Degree in architect or equivalent. • You must have minimum 5-7 years’ professional experience, minimum 1 year experience from facility design, preferably GMP-related. • Creative and constructional design skills. Some cross-cultural skills and experience in making tender material (drawings and specifications) is preferable, even according to British, US, EU as well as other standards. • Good skill in MS Office, AutoCAD, Architectural Desktop 3D. • Fluent written and spoken English.
