　　食品实验室研究员 location: Shanghai 1. Major Accountabilities 主要职责 Taking overall responsibility of the following areas 主要担负以下职责: • Technical support for food products in China requirements，trouble shooting role in individual food plant/Customer 面向全国提供食品产品的技术支持工作, 及时解决生产中的技术问题 • Conduct customer technical visits and make product presentations 拜访客户并提供产品说明演示 • Identify the customers' needs in lab testing and recommend solutions 在了解客户需求基础上制定实验室的实验计划并提供客户建议与解决方法 2. Position Prerequisites 职位要求 Education教育: MS or PHD in food science, food technology or food engineering. 硕士或博士学位 -食品科学，食品技术，食品工程方面 Experience经验: 10 years (or above) of industrial experience in food ingredients, preferably hydrocolloids or flavors, or food product development. 十年（或以上）在食品添加剂行业的从业经验，具有亲水胶体（高分子多糖），香料及食品配料开发的相关从业经验者优先 Skills & Competency 技能和胜任能力: • Experience in prepared foods is probably the best, such as coated foods, sauces, dressings, soups, but bakery, beverage, or meat could be of interest. 最好具有精细食品方面的从业经验，如食物表面裹粉，酱料，调味品，汤料等， 其中具有食物烘焙，酒水饮料和肉类加工的相关经验者优先 • Ability to communicate in English and Chinese (written and oral) 可以使用中英文进行书面/口头交流 • Computer skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel strongly preferred 能够熟练使用微软Word, PowerPoint和Excel软件 • Lab supervisory experience preferred 具有实验室管理经验者优先 • Candidates must be comfortable working with customers and all levels of our global organization 能够与客户及公司上下员工进行很好的沟通与合作
