Responsibilities/Main tasks:  Establish Supply Market knowledge for global/local categories  Establish category specific know-how (products, usage, performance) to support global/local category strategy work  Manage the qualification process for new solutions, substitutions （代用）, suppliers within the responsibility area  Local sourcing, negotiations and contracting according to Source-to-Contract process  Lead local sourcing related changes and ensure successful implementations  Support local procurement at business unit  Local supplier relationship management and development programs and performance follow-up according to the category strategy and guidelines  Global/local business integration（整合） and communication Key contacts:  Cross-functional team members  Business unit production, maintenance and other staff  Supplier personnel Responsibilities/Main tasks:  3-5 years sourcing background  Relevant university degree  Experience negotiating with total cost mentality.  Strong command of written & oral English.  Has the ability to work independently .  Willingness to travel  Enthusiasm for new challenges 有意向的朋友请联系： roni QQ：1359896816 MSN：ronicheng@hotmail.com
