　　Responsibility： ----------------------------------- ·Working with JV partners, and the various geological exploration bureaus, develop category 3 and category 4 exploration programs that adequately define the reserve and complies with the exploration requirements as set forth in the relevant Chinese design standards. ·Using data developed as a result of the exploration programs, develop a series or reserve, structural, methane content and other maps that accurately represent the reserve. ·Supervise contracted geological exploration and laboratory testing programs so as to provide the maximum amount of useful data. ·Working with the Joint Ventures, develop meaningful site-specific geologic hazards maps that can serve as a basis for performance planning and identify those areas where caution should be exercised. ·Maintain an ordered filing system for geological data and reports. ·Provide budgetary information for planned exploration programs.
