Main Responsibility: ----------------------------------- ·Develop and implement legal policies in relation to exploration and operation coal bed methane ·Investigate the legal status of coal mines in the exploration areas of coal bed methane ·To quickly establish and maintain the necessary government relationships at the provincial, city, and county levels ·Participate in important business negotiations, draft, review, and finalize important business contracts ·Provide input to and participate in improving corporate governance ·Help to ease coal bed methane exploration and production through coordinating with related legal coal mines in the exploration areas ·Resolve legal issues or cases in a timely, professional, and cost-efficient manner ·Other legal issues in coal bed methane areas ·Other responsibilities deemed necessary by the supervisor. Requirements: ----------------------------------- ·Bachelor degree or above in legal, management, etc. ·8 years working experience, with at least 5-yr legal or legal-related experience ·Strong interpersonal skills and public relationship skills ·Deep understanding of the National and Provincial legal systems, especially those relating to coal mining, coal bed methane exploration, mining rights, etc. ·Able to work independently with limited supervision or guidance from the supervisor ·Reasonable English communication (writing & speaking) & computer skills ·Able to work onsite for a considerable amount of time with relatively frequent business trips. 欢迎登陆 www.eaststop.com 浏览正在应聘的职位，并免费注册新用户和投递您的简历。
