必须会调试/操作挤出设备和注塑设备，懂得螺杆工作原理！！！ 必须英语听说读写熟练，非符合条件勿投！！！ 化工或塑胶材料类专业，大专以上学历，3年以上中小型外企工作经验 岗位职责： 1.　　Offer test technician ,both chemical and injection or extrusion technical.操作挤出机，对于挤出和注塑机提供技术支持。 2. 对测试设备和试验室人员进行GRR测试，确保测试员是使用正确的测试方法，确保测试的准确性。To do Gauge R&R ensure and the test machine/equipment is accurate. To keep the lab op and tester using the right test method and procedure. 3.对测试数据进行统计分析。To implement the test data’s statistics and analysis . 4.培训试验室操作员。To train tester and lab Op. 5.进行试验操作。Test operate. 任职要求： 1、 塑料或化工相关的大专及以上学历，有基本的英语和计算机能力. Plastics / chemical related college level and above, got the basic English and basic computer ability. 2、熟悉质量控制，熟悉塑料测试（MFI，颜色，污染物）. Quality control, good understanding of plastics testing (MFI, color, contaminations) 3、 熟悉品质，和塑料的相关问题. Good understanding of quality, related problems of plastics injection and extrusion. 4、有挤出成型的应用经验优先，但不是必需. Experience in injection molding applications is preferred but not a must. 5、为人诚实，勤奋，做事精确. Honest, hard-working, precise. 6、至少有3-5年工业/制造经验. At least 3-5 years of working experience in industrial/manufacturing environment. 7、愿意学习和成长并积极地面对问题. Willing to learn and improve pro-active approach to the problems. 8、 良好的人际沟通. Good interpersonal communication. 9、英语书写熟练，能日常英语口语交流。
