职位描述： 1.Perform new color development according to customer and marketing group requirements. 根据客户及市场的需求调制颜色 2.Develop new product according to customers requirement 根据客户需要研发新产品 3.follow production trial and related QC 跟踪新产品的量产试验及品控 4.Assistant improvement continuously 协助不断发展 职位要求： 1.Bachelor's degree in organic Chemistry or Equivalent 本科以上学历，化学相关专业 2.One year working experience in Lab, the experience in Auto Coatings Industry is perferred 一年以上实验室工作经验，汽车涂料行业经验优先 3.Good Communication skills 良好的沟通能力
