职位职责:LPG PURPOSE (Why the position exists, within what limits and with what objectives) To drive continued growth in sales and increased market position in Greater China for LPG product lines through application of effective marketing strategy & team building, the provision of value added service to customers according to Stahl’s corporate guidelines & policies, achieving agreed budgeted growth, business margins and customer service targets.Initially, the jobholder will also take responsibility, on a temporary basis, for the Permuthane Business, by providing support and guidance to the introduction, initial expansion and set up of the initial own organization of this business. This will performed in coordination with the Stahl Asia Permuthane Business Manager, until this business can have its own organization in China. PROBLEM SOLVING Obtain accurate market information on supply needs, pricing, processing conditions and product properties, motivate good agents/distributors and distributors’technical staff/team, help distributors to balance between maintenance of sufficient stock levels for quick response to orders and low stock target. Manage customers satisfaction and complaints effectively and efficiently. INDEPENDENCE Market and product requirement and penetration, Pricing and promotions methods within agreed/approved price/budget levels, Product development within agreed sales and marketing strategies, Manage product stock levels to achieve agreed targets, staff development/training expenditures within agreed budgets, liaison with other organisational groups to achieved agreed targets and travel schedules. DEPENDENCE Strategic direction changes. Alterations to distributors/channels, price, product development. Changes to organisational structures. Additional headcount and staff hiring requires two levels of approvals.

任职要求:POSITION REQUIREMENTS Education: Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering or relevant cert from Leather College Experience: 7-8 years relevant hands-on experience on surface coating technology, polymers, marketing, technical service and business development. Knowledge: Computer literacy. Chinese markets and cultures. Mandarin and English language proficiency. Marketing. Stahl products/ systems and staff management skills.
