Title: Sales Representative–Vitamin
Department: Advance Intermediate Division
Responsibilities:
•Shall execute a business plan for the market to achieve company sales goals and profitability for the selected product line.
•Shall prepare action plans to execute sales leads and prospects.
•Conducts product wise market research for identification of potential sale leads.
•Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed. .
•Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
•Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
•Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports.
•Responsible for executing promotional plan to enhance Corporate visibility across the target market and application segments.
•Assists Sales Manager in preparation of proposals and presentations. .
•Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
Job Specifications:
•3-5 years of experience in Sales in Chinese Pharmaceutical / Fine Chemical / Agrochemical Industry. Prior Sale experience is essential.
•Should be Graduate in Chemistry / Chemical /Pharmacy /Engineering. Chemistry background is essential.
•Should be fluent in English & Chinese.
•Experience with foreign enterprises preferred but not essential but exposure to large & complex organizations is a must.
•Extensive experience in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management.
•Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
•Willingness to travel extensive in China and work in a global team of professionals.
•Skills and ability to achieve budgeted sales in China market.
