Job Title: B2C Sales Operation Manager (Sales Operation Manager, Business to Consumer) Working Location: Pear River Delta 1, Yangtze River Delta 1 Report to: General Manager The Products: LPG (Liquid Petroleum Gas) The Organization: European, a Leading Global Fortune 500 company The Market: The individual end users The Compensation, Benefits and Career Development The company provides the competitive compensation and benefits program, annual performance related bonus which is related to the performance of the individual and the organization. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead territory sales and distribution team to assure the sales performance and efficient logistics systems for meeting the business growth KPI(Key Performance Indicators). • Lead customer service team to meet customer satisfaction KPI comply with company’s HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) policy, providing HSE assurance to the business ; • Set up customer service system and seek continuous improvement of customer service; • Ensure depot operation in compliance with the Company operation & HSSE standard; • Assist in developing depot and shop network to meet business development needs • Conduct regular risk assessment and work out risk management plan accordingly • In conjunction with HR design feasible and practical training program for frontline service team to ensure service delivery in compliance with the Company standard; • Take a lead in managing people agenda such as people development with HR support. FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCY REQUIREMENT: • Direct Sells Skills-skillful application -Has good assimilation of the mechanism of the F2F (Face to Face) process. -Is able to gain new and extend existing business in applying the techniques with methodology. • Defines precise objectives and ensures clearly targeted communication. • Depot operation-Skilful application • Possesses a strong knowledge and coaching skills of LPG depot HSE(Liquid Petroleum Gas; Health, Safety, Environment) operation, and production • Strong skills on building and developing team; Operation networks EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & THE REQUIREMENT • University degree above, sales or logistic or city gas related majors will be well regarded • At least 5 years working experience with sales and depot operation/logistics management, good understanding of bottle LPG (Liquid Petroleum Gas)direct sales model • Mature personality and excellent interpersonal skills • Good communication and written skills in both Chinese and English • Able to manage people and performance and drives others towards goals. • Good skill in motivating others to deliver continuous improvement. • Open thinking and learning, able to generate new ideas and keen to acquire new skills and qualifications. • Good problem solving and analysis skill, able to analyses issues and breaks them down into their component parts and makes systematic and rational judgment based on relevant information. • Managing time and work pressures - good ability to complete tasks with time constraints and manage multiple tasks • Possess enthusiasm, drive, and optimistic outlook, "can do" attitude • Strong Team Player - with the ability to build and influence peers, partners, networks Training, Learning and Development The company has systematic training, learning and development plan for the right people with excellent performance, which may include the oversea training if there is necessary.
