Job Title: B2B Sales Engineer (Sales Engineer, Business to Business) Working Location: Pear River Delta 1, Yangtze River Delta 1 Report to: B2B Sales Manager (Sales Manager, Business to Business) The Products: LPG (Liquid Petroleum Gas) The Organization: European, a Leading Global Fortune 500 company The Market: Lighting, glass, soft drink container, Mouse – Industry; hotel, restaurant, catering –Commercial The Compensation, Benefits and Career Development The company provides the competitive compensation and benefits program, annual performance related bonus which is related to the performance of the individual and the organization. Job purpose • Provide technical support and service to industry & commercial sales team locally, including the design work of LPG (Liquid Petroleum Gas )supply system on customer site • Work as an expert to provide the industry & commercial customer with technical training for LPG and related equipments JOB RESPONSIBILITY • Promote and improve customers’ HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) awareness and embedding of the company’s HSE policies and procedures to customers. • Provide technical support on negotiating and signing the agreement with the potential customers • Develop technical manuals and lead to conduct regular check and assessment on the customers’ equipment and provide feedbacks/advice to the customers. • Train and coach customers to correctly use and maintain equipment, ensuring the safe and normal running of LPG (Liquid Petroleum Gas) supply system. • Carry out investigation on relevant customer complaints and help to do emergency repair work on customer’s end • Control the maintenance or construction quality conducted by contractors EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & THE REQUIREMENT • University degree or above, major of city gas is the right fit. Major of mechanical engineering or relevant subjects can be regarded. • At least 5 years working experience in LPG or other Gas industry with track record of working independently in system design and engineering. • Working experience in sales support or sales management in similar field will be a plus; Master the know-how of theory of burning, heat energy. • Good communication and interpersonal skill • Good initiatives in finding out issues and take actions rather than being asked or forced to do. • Has good HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment)sense and always actively seek guidance from HSSE on related policies and promote HSSE awareness in the team and customers • Good cost control awareness, proactively manage and balance costs and outputs • Good understanding customers needs and takes full responsibility to solve the issues they raised. • Basic leadership skills – manage team performance and motivate the team to achieve the target. • Actively promotes a positive team spirit.
